Video Call
HOP on a video call so we can guide you through the measurement process. Once we have the proper measurements and pictures our designers will begin designing your project. Your 3D design is just minutes away.
Email is the least popular however if required we can complete the measurement with your measurements to get the project started. Keep in mind we will have to schedule our contractor for a second appointment for official measurements.

No. KB&A is a modern home improvement and housewares company that offers kitchen and bathroom design & remodeling services for it’s customers.
How do I start the remodeling process?
The best way to start is by gathering inspiration (images, styles, must-have features) and establishing a realistic budget. Then, contact us to schedule a free initial consultation. We will discuss your vision, assess the space, and outline the next steps, including design and material selection.
How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?
Remodeling costs vary widely based on size, scope, and material choices (e.g., stock cabinets vs. custom, laminate vs. natural stone countertops). After our design consultation, we will provide a detailed, fixed-price quote that covers labor, materials, and project management.
What is typically not included in the initial quote?
Our quotes are comprehensive, but they often exclude items like major appliances (which you purchase separately) or custom-ordered furniture that is not integrated into the cabinetry. Always clarify the inclusions and exclusions listed on your proposal.
What are the typical work hours during the renovation?
Our crew typically works Monday through Friday, from [8:00 AM] to [4:30 PM]. We will provide you with a weekly schedule and notify you in advance if any work is planned outside of these hours.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of FL. We carry both liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance to protect both our team and your property.
3D Kitchen & Bath Rendering
Yes. Our designers create 3D renderings of your Kitchen, Bath, and Closes remodel that includes a recommended floor plan – all included with our free design appointments. (3D designs are the property of our partner AYA Signature). If you would like a physical copy of the kitchen drawing and floor plan a charge of $50 (this is only if you do not move forward with the project).
How do I start the remodeling process?

Our free initial consultation typically includes:
A discussion of your goals, needs, and aesthetic preferences.
Preliminary measurements and an assessment of your existing space.
A review of your budget and a discussion of potential design options.
An explanation of our design and construction process.
How long will the design phase take?
This depends on the project’s complexity and how quickly you make material and fixture selections. Typically, the design phase for a standard kitchen or bathroom can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks.
What if unexpected issues arise during construction?
Our initial assessment aims to identify potential issues, but in older homes, unforeseen structural or plumbing issues can occur. If a change is needed, we will issue a Change Order detailing the required work, cost adjustment, and impact on the timeline, which must be approved by you before proceeding.
How long does the actual construction take?
Construction timelines vary:
Standard Bathroom: 3–6 weeks
Standard Kitchen: 6–10 weeks
Note: These estimates begin after all materials have been ordered and delivered (the lead time).
Will I be able to use my kitchen/bathroom during the remodel?
For safety and efficiency, we recommend not using the space being remodeled. We will discuss temporary solutions, such as setting up a temporary kitchenette if possible, but the area will generally be inaccessible during construction.
Will I need to get permits?
Most major remodels require local building permits. We handle the entire permitting process, including preparing the necessary plans and coordinating inspections with the local building department.
