1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges.

Eligibility: Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Strict Deadline: After 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Because home improvement goods are often heavy or fragile, damage must be reported immediately.

1-Day Reporting Rule: You must report any damage within one (1) business day of the package arriving at its destination.

Required Photos: To process a claim, we require clear, sufficient photographs of:

The exterior shipping box damage.

The internal packaging materials.

The specific damage to the product itself.

Failure to provide photos within the 24-hour window may result in the denial of your claim.
3. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if you wish to perform a direct exchange:

The original item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will ship out the replacement.

If there is a price difference between the items, you will be invoiced for the balance or refunded the difference before the new item ships.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return and resolve that it is valid (or confirm the damage claim), we will initiate your refund.

Timeframe: Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.
